Your Body is a Sacred Temple and what you allow into it directly affects your Mind, Body and Spirit.
Alcohol, often called “Spirits,” opens Portals not just to Emotional chaos but to real Spiritual Energies that do not belong in your Sacred Field.
Many Ancestors knew to avoid Alcohol, seeing it as a Poison introduced during Colonial Control. It is still used today to destroy Communities, suppress Wisdom and break down Spiritual Sovereignty. It is a way to Weaken women to Violate and Enslave them and is Legalized.
When we drink Alcohol, we lower our Frequency and become vulnerable to Negative Entities-what some call Demonic Spirits, Wandering Ghosts, or Dark Energies. These Energies feed on our Pain, Trauma and Distorted Realiy.
By choosing to Refrain, you reclaim your Power. You allow your Soul to speak clearly. Your Dreams return. Your Voice strengthens. Your Heart Heals.
Every moment you say no to Alcohol, you say yes to your Future, your Bloodline, and your Spiritual Strength.
When we Suffer Abuse, our Mind is Filled with the Fear, Sadness and Anger. Alcohol Impedes in our ability to Critical think which makes us not think of the Abuse or Fuels the Negativity. It can cause us to go within and feed the self loathing and shame or go outward and become physically aggressive to those weaker than us.
Either way, Alcohol Destroys our Physical body, Mind and Spirit as well as that of Others.
“I Choose Clarity, Purity, and Divine Protection. My Spirit is Clear. My Temple is Sacred.”
Hold a Cup of Clean Water in your Hands. Whisper a Prayer of Purification into it.
Say aloud:
“As I drink this Water, I cleanse every Cell, every Memory and every Wound that alcohol tried to touch.”
Sip slowly, breathing deeply after each Swallow.
Let the Water be your Medicine.
“Creator, I ask for Freedom from any Chains alcohol has wrapped around me or my Lineage.
I ask for Angelic Protection from Spirits that seek to harm or deceive.
I Cleanse my Temple with your Grace, and I choose Sobriety, Clarity, and Strength from this moment forward.
Thank you for walking with me.”
Make a Lineage Cleansing List:
Write down the Ways alcohol has harmed your Family, your Body or your Mind.
Burn this Paper with Sage, Cedar or Sweetgrass as a Symbol of Release.
Say: “I end this Cycle today.”
Many Indigenous Nations were intentionally given Alcohol as a form of Genocide.
It disconnected them from their Ceremonies, Dreams and Power.
Sobriety is not weakness- it is Rebellion, Protection and Healing.
Returning to your Natural State of Consciousness is a return to Sacred Responsibility.
In Anishinaabemowin, the word “Mno Bimaadiziwin” means “The Good Life.”
Journal Prompt: “What does The Good Life mean to me without alcohol? How can I embody it more each day?”
Write your own Language’s Word for Clear Mind, Clean Spirit, or Sacred Life.
