When you are in Nature, you Remember Who You Are beyond the noise and distractions of society. Your Nervous System relaxes. Your Spirit Awakens. You feel God in the Wind, Trees, Water, and Soil.
Being in Nature is not just Healing, it is Necessary. It Restores Balance, expands Awareness and reconnects you with your Purpose and Place in Creation.

Go for a Slow Walk barefoot on Grass, Earth or Sand. With every step, say silently: “I Am Grounded. I Belong Here.” Feel the Earth respond.
Water Practice:
Stand by a River, Lake or Ocean and Breathe Deeply. Speak your Worries into the Wind and let the Water carry them away.
Affirmation:
“I Am One with Nature. Her Breath is My Breath. Her Healing is My Healing.”
