Consciousness-Based Activity:
Set aside 20 Minutes for a Full Body Energy Sweep. Stand or sit comfortably. Begin by Brushing your Hands over your Body from Head to Toe, slowly and Intentionally. As you move downwards, say out loud or silently: “I now Release what is not mine.” Imagine Gray Smoke leaving your Body. At the end, Shake out your Hands and Breathe Deeply.
Water Practice:
Create a Sacred Cleansing Bath. Add Epsom Salt, Lavender, and Rosemary to warm Water. Speak your Intention aloud: “This Water Cleanses Me of all Stagnant Energy and Restores Me to Purity.” As you bathe, visualize any heaviness leaving your Body. When you release the Water, thank it for its Service.
