Removing processed Snacks, Sweets and Packaged Meals is an act of Self-Respect. It tells your Cells, “You are worth the effort. You are Sacred.”
Real Healing requires real Fuel grown from the Soil, kissed by the Sun and purified by Water.

Drink it slowly before eating. Let it cleanse and calm you so you can eat with Mindfulness and Gratitude.
Pick one processed item you often eat (chips, soda, packaged cookies, frozen meals, etc.). Replace it with a Natural Alternative — e.g.,
Chips → Roasted Sweet Potato Slices
Soda → Infused Water with Berries & Mint
Candy → Dates and Walnuts
Prepare it with love. Eat it in silence. Notice how you feel after.
In Cree, the word Mîciso means “Eat”. It reminds us that Eating is not just physical — it’s Spiritual.
