Trauma does not Define You, but unhealed Trauma can Control You. Healing is a process of Acknowledgment, Release and Integration. You have the Right and Ability to be Rree from the Chains of Past Abuse.
Practice: Sit in a quiet space. Say aloud: “I acknowledge the pain I carry, and I allow healing to begin.” Then, write or draw what comes up.
