This allows you to Respond instead of React, and to move through the World with Grace, Confidence and Peace. Boundaries become easier. Compassion deepens. And your Energy is no longer wasted on Misunderstandings or Assumptions.
Even when someone is trying to Hurt you, it is because they are Mentally Sick with Beliefs that cause damage.
Consciousness-Based Activity:
Each time you feel triggered today, pause and say: “This is not about Me. I Return to Peace.” Breathe deeply three times and choose a New Response.
Water Practice:
Fill a small bowl with Water and whisper into it the names of people or words you took personally. Pour the Water into the Earth and say, “I Release this Story.”

“I Am Rooted in Truth. I Do Not Absorb the Pain of Others.”

What have I taken Personally that was not mine to carry? How can I return that Energy with Love?
