Choosing a plant-based diet is not just about food-it is about Energy, Healing and returning to your natural way of being. What we eat becomes part of our Blood, Thoughts and our Emotions. When we consume animals that have lived in suffering, raised with Hormones, Chemicals, Fear, and often deep Cruelty, we absorb those imprints into our own Spirit.
Most Animals in modern food systems are Enslaved, Tortured and Silenced. They are force-fed, confined, and injected with Hormones to grow faster than nature intended. When we eat their Flesh, we inherit their Fear, Grief and Trauma.
Native American Teachings share that food is Ceremony. What we put into our Bodies should be received with Respect, Pure Intention and Purpose of Extending our Health and Life.
A Plant-based way of Life Honours all living beings. Plants carry light from the Sun, Water from the Earth and nutrients designed to cleanse and support the body.
Eating this way helps us Heal Inflammation, regulate our Hormones Naturally and connect more clearly with Spirit.
It is a step toward reclaiming sovereignty over our Bodies. It is Choosing Nourishment that aligns with Compassion and Spiritual Clarity. This is not a Diet of restriction. It is a return to Medicine.
“Creator,
Thank You for the plants, fruits, seeds, and waters that nourish me.
Help me eat with Love and Awareness.
Free me from the cycles of Harm and Cruelty.
Guide me to remember that all life is Sacred.
Let my diet be a Prayer of Peace for my Body, Mind and the Earth.”
“I eat with Compassion.
I nourish my body with Life-giving foods.
Every meal I choose helps me Heal, Awaken and align with Peace.”
Plant Medicine Meal:
Today, create one completely plant-based meal. Use whole foods: fruits, greens, seeds, roots, and legumes. Avoid anything in a package if possible.
Before eating, place your hands above your meal and say:
“I give thanks for this Nourishment. May it bring Healing to my Body and to all beings.”
Eat slowly, chew with Awareness and Listen to how your Body responds.
Awareness Practice:
Watch a documentary or read one article about the reality of Animal farming or the Healing power of Plant-based Living. Ask your Self:
What do I feel in my Body while Learning this?
What changes am I being Invited to make?
Transition Support:
Swap out one item in your kitchen today (milk, butter, meat, or eggs) for a Plant-based alternative. Celebrate it as an act of Sovereignty.
Native American people are not strictly vegan or vegetarian, but we always practiced deep Respect and Ceremony for any life taken. The Buffalo, Deer, Fish and Birds were offered Tobacco, Prayers and Gratitude before being Hunted and every part of their Body was used with Purpose. There was no waste, no cruelty and no greed.
Today’s industrial food systems do not Honour these Sacred practices.
Returning to a plant-based diet for many modern Indigenous and Spiritual People is an act of Resistance against Colonization, Capitalism, and the spiritual Dulling of Women. It is a form of modern Ceremony-Restoring Balance, Protecting Mother Earth and aligning with Harmony in Body and Spirit.
