How To Use Your Reflection Strand
Step 1 Set Your Intention
Before beginning, hold your Beads in your hands
Take a quiet moment and set an Intention for these next 7/21/30/365 days.
Examples:
Healing, Sobriety, Emotional Balance,Self-Respect, Peace, Discipline
Spiritual Connection, Breaking Unhealthy Cycles
You may speak your Intention aloud or silently.
Step 2 Begin Your Strand
Tie a knot at one end of the cord.
Add one Bead each day after completing your daily Reflection or Practice.
Your Strand becomes a visible reminder of your Commitment and Progress.
Step 3 Daily Practice
Each Day/Morning:
Pause and Breathe
Complete your Reflection or Practice
Add one Bead to your Strand
Acknowledge your effort

The focus rotates through a 21-day healing cycle repeated across the year. We Stay in Recovery with Structure and Identity Repetition.
Every day:
Body check (one Action) Make One Intention for the Day-Health for your Body
Mind check (one Awareness) Remember Your Mind Controls Most Pain and Suffering. Intend to Remain Strong in Mind for Today. Practice Replacing All Negative Thoughts with Positive Healthy Thoughts.
Spirit check (one Connection) Call upon Ancestors, Jesus Christ or Your Higher Power EVERY Morning for Guidance and Protection-Intend to Call upon them if needed throughout the Day and again before Bed to Give Gratitude and let go of your worries before sleeping..

You repeat this cycle 17 times + final days of reflection to reach 365 days. This gives you a Solid Foundation of Habits that are Healthy and Reclaim Your Power, Build Your New Identity and GIve You Tools to Fall Back on.
Drink Water slowly, and Invite it to Heal Your Body
Place hand on Heart, Give Gratitude For an Opportunity to Impact the World
Stretch your Body, Extending All Muscles Gently
Feel your Feet on the ground and Visualize Mother Earth Pulling Tension and Stress through your Feet

Notice Your Thoughts and Begin to Replace all Negative Thoughts with Positive
Release one Worry and Allow Creator To Take Control of it
Visualize the Best Case Scenario Every Day
Notice what you are Thinking and Feeling. Name Your Emotions and what is Causing them.
Choose a Kinder Thought when You catch Yourself.
Observe Self and Others without Judgment
Let Your Thoughts pass like a cloud. Breathe them through.
Speak Your Intention for the Day, Every Morning
Name one thing you are Grateful for
Sit in Silence for one Minute
Acknowledge and Reflect upon your Strengths
Ask Your Ancestors for Protection and Guidance today
Feel Connection to a Higher Force
Offer yourself Forgiveness for Today
You repeat the 21-day cycle across the year:
Cycle repeats 17 times
Each repetition builds deeper Awareness

Every 29 days:
