Raw Green Food is pure Life Force Energy. These Plants grow toward the Sun, absorbing Light, Minerals and Healing Vibrations directly from the Earth. When we eat them in their raw state, we receive this sacred Transmission, unaltered, untouched and overflowing with Vitality.
Spinach, Kale, Chard, Dandelion, Cilantro and Microgreens are rich in Chlorophyll, often called “green blood” because it mirrors the structure of our own Blood. This connects us deeply to Nature and restores Balance in the Body, Mind and Spirit.
Raw greens cleanse the Liver, brighten the Eyes, strengthen the Immune System and calm Inflammation.
Indigenous and Ancient cultures viewed Plants as intelligent Beings, capable of Teaching, Cleansing and Healing. These living foods help us hear our Inner Voice more Clearly.
The more Life Force you consume, the more Alive you Feel. The more greens you eat, the more your Spirit Awakens. These are not just foods - they are Codes of Creation, returning you to the Garden Within.
Start by adding one raw green dish to your daily routine like a Salad, Smoothie or Handfuls of Fresh Leaves. Let it be a Ceremony. Say Thank You to the Plant. Feel the Life entering your being.
“I Nourish My Body with Living Greens.
I Am Grateful for the Earth’s Abundance.
I Receive Energy, Light and Healing with Every Bite.”
In many Indigenous Traditions, Greens were gathered fresh from the Land during the Spring, when the body needed to detox after heavy Winter Meals. Dandelion, Nettle and Wild Lettuce were seen as Medicine, not just food. These plants were offered with Tobacco or a Prayer to honor their Spirit and Gift of Healing.
“Creator, Thank You for the Living Plants
That Cleanse My Blood, Calm My Mind,
And Awaken My Spirit.
May I Walk in Balance, Fueled by Your Gifts
And Guided by Their Wisdom.”
Add a Raw Green Leaf (like mint, basil or cilantro) to your Drinking Water. Let it sit for a few minutes, then drink with intention.
Say aloud:
“This Water Carries Plant Wisdom.
I Receive Its Message and Healing.”
Create a Raw Green Meal such as a green smoothie, salad or green juice. Use Organic ingredients. Prepare it in silence. With each step, offer a silent Blessing to the plants.
Eat it slowly, in a place of peace. Journal how it makes your Body and Mind feel afterward.
In Anishinaabemowin, the word for Green is Ozhaawashkwaa. It connects to Nature, Growth and Balance.
Prompt:
“What does eating green, living food awaken in me?
What would my Ancestors say if they saw how I eat now?
What is one green food I can commit to every day as a Sacred Offering to myself?”
