For people who want to learn how to facilitate Warrior Training for others.
This is a practical development pathway, not simply a course about the Teachings. You will learn the material, practise leading activities and discussions, develop your facilitation skills, and work toward being able to lead groups.
The training introduces all Seven Sacred Teachings and prepares you to continue developing your skills through practice, feedback, and supervised facilitation.
Your development includes:
Learning the Seven Sacred Teachings and how they apply to Warrior Training.
Understanding the structure and purpose of the program.
Practising how to lead teachings, discussions, reflections, and activities.
Learning to encourage participation, confidence, accountability, and self-reflection.
Practising with other Facilitators and learning to work as a team.
Receiving guidance and feedback as you develop your skills.
Working toward approval to facilitate Warrior Training under the applicable licensing terms.
The training is designed to help you move from learning the material to developing the ability to guide others through it.
Facilitator authorization is based on meeting the program's requirements. Purchasing or completing training does not automatically grant unrestricted facilitation or licensing rights.
Reading a Guide helps you understand and Reinforce the material. Facilitator Training helps you learn how to Deliver it.
Warrior Training is built around practising what you learn. Future Facilitators are encouraged to develop healthy habits, demonstrate the Teachings in their own lives, and learn through experience.
During Facilitator Development, you will have opportunities to practise leading sessions, work with a partner, observe other Facilitators, and receive feedback.
The goal is not to create people who simply repeat information. The goal is to develop Facilitators who can help others learn, reflect, practise, and grow.
Warrior Training Facilitator Development may be suitable for:
People interested in personal development, Healing, and Self Mastery.
Community leaders, mentors, and educators.
Recovery and treatment program staff.
People working in wellness, peer support, and community programming.
Indigenous community organizations and cultural learning programs.
Schools and youth-serving organizations.
People who want to lead Healing Circles and personal growth groups.
Organizations that want to develop their own team of Warrior Training Facilitators.
You do not need to know everything before you begin. You do need a willingness to learn, practise, receive feedback, and take responsibility for your own development.
Learn. Practise. Demonstrate. Facilitate. Grow.
Warrior Training Facilitator Development is designed around active participation rather than passive learning.
You will learn the Teachings, practise the exercises, develop your ability to guide discussions, and build the confidence to lead a group.
Where appropriate, Facilitators in Training will partner up, take turns leading sessions, support one another, and report on their progress.
This approach helps develop consistent facilitation habits and prepares people to take greater responsibility as their skills grow.
