Book Your 20 minute Warrior Training Call to Start Your Healing and Empowerment
Welcome, Warrior Mothers!
I am so grateful you are here. You are not here by accident. You are here because something inside you knows your voice, your identity, and your power were never meant to be lost or silenced — even if they have been.
This space is sacred. It is a place to reclaim your motherhood, your confidence, and your inner authority. You are among mothers who truly understand the journey you are on.
Over the next 4 weeks, we will:
Recognize patterns and triggers that have drained your power.
Release emotional weight, shame, and survival roles that no longer serve you.
Integrate your authentic identity and strength, rebuilding confidence in yourself and your motherhood.
Learn to set boundaries and protect your energy, so you can parent and live from empowerment instead of fear.
You will receive:
✅ Weekly live teachings and healing circles
✅ Daily guided practices and reflections
✅ Healing art therapy exercises
✅ 3 workbooks and PDF resources
✅ Lifetime access to our Warrior Mama Telegram community

It can be simple, e.g., “I am ready to reclaim my voice” or “I will take time for myself each day.”
Prepare your space for your first practice.
Quiet corner
Notebook or journal
Optional: a candle, smudge, or grounding object
This program is about progress, not perfection.
You are allowed to move at your own pace.
You are allowed to falter and restart.
You are allowed to ask for help.
Your courage brought you here. Every small step you take is a victory.
Let’s start together:
“I am reclaiming my voice, my identity, and my power.
I am worthy of peace, clarity, and empowered motherhood.
I am a Warrior Mother, and I honor my journey.”
Take a deep breath. Inhale strength. Exhale doubt.
Write in your journal or a notes app:
“What is one part of my power I am ready to reclaim today?”
This will be your first step in rebuilding your inner authority.
Thank you for being here, Warrior Mother.
I see you. I honor you. You are not alone. 🌸

Recognize patterns, emotional triggers, and where your power has been drained. Awareness is the first step to reclaiming yourself.
Week 1 — Awareness
Theme: Recognize patterns, emotional triggers, and where your power has been drained. Awareness is the first step to reclaiming yourself.
Explain what awareness is: noticing patterns without judgment.
Discuss common post-abuse experiences: guilt, self-blame, exhaustion, fear of expressing your needs.
Emphasize: “Awareness is not blame — it is seeing clearly where your power has been drained.”
“Power Mapping” Exercise:
Provide participants with a worksheet or blank paper.
Draw three columns: Mind, Body, Spirit.
List areas where they feel drained, triggered, or depleted in each column.
Ask them to note patterns or repeated triggers.
Optional Fun Element:
Use colored pens to visually highlight triggers vs. strengths.
Encourage sharing a small insight in the Telegram group (no pressure).
Daily Practice:
Take 5 minutes each day to pause and notice one small moment where power feels drained — just observe.
Let go of beliefs, emotional weight, and survival responses that no longer serve your healing or your motherhood.
Theme: Let go of beliefs, emotional weight, and survival responses that no longer serve your healing or motherhood.
Discuss emotional baggage and survival patterns (e.g., hyper-vigilance, guilt, people-pleasing).
Teach a simple “Release Ritual”: naming what no longer serves, saying it aloud or writing it down, and visualizing letting it go.
Emphasize: “Releasing is an act of courage and self-love.”
“Let It Go Ceremony”:
Participants write one belief, fear, or habit to release on a piece of paper.
Fold it and place it in a bowl (or safely burn it if appropriate).
Add a sentence: “I release this to reclaim my power.”
Optional Fun Element:
Play soft, uplifting music during the release.
Encourage sharing symbolic actions: tossing paper into a water bowl, blowing it away outside, etc.
Daily Practice:
Choose one small emotional weight each day to mentally release, using the phrase: “This no longer serves me. I reclaim my power.”
Reconnect with your authentic identity and begin embodying confidence, stability, and inner leadership.
Theme: Reconnect with your authentic identity and begin embodying confidence, stability, and inner leadership.
Explain integration: bringing your authentic self into daily life, not just in theory.
Discuss self-trust, confidence, and inner leadership.
Emphasize: “Integration is about living your truth consistently, even in small ways.”
“Identity Affirmation Collage”:
Provide prompts: “I am…”, “I am capable of…”, “I am a mother who…”.
Participants create a mini-vision board or digital collage with words, images, or symbols representing their authentic self.
Share one or two affirmations in the Telegram group.
Optional Fun Element:
Encourage using magazines, drawings, or digital tools to make it creative.
Celebrate each participant’s creation.
Daily Practice:
Write one empowering sentence about yourself every morning, e.g., “I am strong. I am enough. I am capable.”
Theme: Learn to protect your energy, communicate clearly, and create safe emotional space for yourself and your children.
Teach emotional and energetic boundaries: saying “no,” recognizing manipulation, and communicating needs.
Explain that boundaries are acts of self-respect, not rejection.
Discuss practical examples: saying no to family pressure, limiting toxic interactions, creating space for self-care.
“Boundary Role-Play & Visualization”:
Participants imagine or role-play a situation where they need to set a boundary.
Practice saying: “I am choosing to protect my energy. This is my boundary.”
Visualize a protective shield around their energy while interacting with others.
Optional Fun Element:
Encourage drawing a symbolic “energy shield” in their journal.
Share empowering boundary statements in the Telegram group.
