Recovery Tracker (12-Month Integration Tool)
Included with the 4-week Phoenix Recovery Program, the Recovery Tracker is a structured daily and weekly practice system designed to support long-term sobriety, emotional awareness, and identity rebuilding for a full year.
It helps Warriors move beyond short-term motivation into sustained embodiment by tracking Emotional States, Body Responses, Triggers, and daily choices in real time.
Each section is aligned with the Phoenix stages of recovery, Awareness, Release, Rebuilding, and Embodiment so progress continues after the program ends.
The Tracker supports:
